We offer exchange or store credit for purchased product returns once they are sent back to us, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (hyperlink contact us).
We have a customer friendly 48hrs exchange/return policy.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad/ damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please contact us(contact us hyperlinked) mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is a Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep, if the customer fails to hand the product over to the delivery partner, the customer must self-ship the product themselves.
If you have ordered more than two products and wish to return a partial order, the refund amount will be calculated basis the applicable discount on non-return products in the order.
In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund will be made.
When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of a lost shipment, we will need proof of return by you.
Refunds will be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse.
Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
3. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
4. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another product of a higher amount, we will give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing the order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
5. If you want to exchange your product with another product of a lower amount, we will ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance will be given in the form of a credit note.
6. Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
7. No discount will be given on exchange orders.
