Shipping and Handling

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or other unforeseen delays.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday – Saturday). Some orders can take longer, such as pre-order/ customised items. We offer free shipping on all our products ( Domestic Orders ).

Our aim is to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unexpected circumstances/situations it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you about the delay immediately.

We offer both prepaid and cash-on-delivery (COD) options. Our shipping is handled through Shiprocket.

For express shipping, we charge an additional ₹300. If you need express shipping, please contact us(contact us hyperlinked). Please note that express shipping is not available for COD orders.

Additionally, COD is not an option for personalised products.

Import Regulations

You are responsible for compliance with your country’s import regulations. Any delay or failure to deliver due to customs holds, import restrictions, or other legal requirements is beyond our control, and we are not liable for such issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages

AURA FINE JEWELLERY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package was damaged in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
